Tickets to events at Blakeney Harbour Rooms are sold subject to the following terms and conditions.

When you place an order you warrant that all details you provide to us for the purposes of booking, ordering or purchasing tickets, services or goods are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase you are making. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to the details you supplied at the time of booking.

All tickets are subject to availability.

Nobody will be allowed admission without a valid ticket or pass.

It is a condition of sale in respect of all tickets that a ticket is only valid for admission to the event it was booked for.

Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Please take care when ordering your tickets that your data is correct.

Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation but we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled or moved, we will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets.

If the event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled Blakeney Harbour Room cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.

Blakeney Harbour Room will refuse admission or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, is displaying conduct such that it is likely to disrupt or disturb other persons or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately .

For the safety of people at the event, the venue management reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.

Blakeney Harbour Room does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to an event.

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted on the premises.

The relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
